Protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH)

27.04.26

Defra are committed to protecting people within the OCEAN programme from all forms of harm including sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH). On this page, you will find various resources to help you integrate protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH) into all areas of your project.

We operate a zero tolerance to inaction policy. This means that when safeguarding violations occur, projects are expected to take steps to appropriately respond and use lessons learned to improve their PSEAH implementation. All allegations of SEAH must be reported immediately to ODA.Safeguarding@defra.gov.uk

If you have any questions about the resources on this page, please contact helpdesk@oceangrants.org.uk
